If you want better results in your life, you may need to change the company you keep.

Being around successful people causes you to become more successful; that’s exactly what the Fierce Gentleman Master Mind does.

We’ve all been there. We feel like we could be doing better in life, accomplishing more, reaching our goals faster, but…

  • There’s never enough time…
  • Our productivity seems to be at the mercy of our moods…
  • We know we’re not in the right job or career given our true passions….
  • We feel we have to sacrifice our long-term goals for the short-term priorities..

If we’re honest with ourselves, we all have areas where we’d like to be doing better in life.

Maybe it’s our health.

Or relationships.

Or we’re ready to start that business.

Whatever the case for you, you need to know something: you’re not alone.

Other men have stood exactly where you’re standing now. They’ve taken the next steps, and now they’re standing on the other side of that big, hairy obstacle you’re currently facing.

Wouldn’t it make sense to have them help you along the way?

That’s what we do in the F.G. Master Mind: we help each other climb the mountain. We act as guides and sherpas for each other.

Sometimes, it’s just advice. Other times, we step in and lend a hand.

At all times, we’re traveling up the mountain as a pack, as a band of brothers.

If you want that in your life, read on.

Imagine you decide you’re going to summit Everest.

Beautiful goal, good for you.

Now, imagine you announce you’re going to summit Everest unassisted, with no guides, ropes, crampons, or oxygen.

That would be madness.

Yet millions of men make this exact sort of announcement in their day-to-day lives:

“I’ll just do it myself.”

“I don’t need any help.”

“I’ll figure it out.”

This is part of a toxic culture of isolated masculinity. It doesn’t make any sense for Everest. Why would it make sense in any other challenging area of your life?

There’s just one way to radically change your behavior: radically change your environment.B.J. Fogg, PhD, Stanford University

If I’ve learned one thing in 10 years studying behavior change, it’s this: the biggest determinant of your results in life is your environment.

If you are a kid who starts playing hockey 1 year earlier than your peers, you’ll be much better at hockey 20 years later.

If you are a man who is constantly spending time with men who earn higher incomes, gradually your income will rise to their level.

…And so on.

Success is hard. It requires a few things:

  1. You have to know what to do; this is the logical part.
  2. You have to have the motivation and willpower to do those things; this is the emotional part.
  3. You have to consistently take the right actions, over a long period of time, despite setbacks and challenges; and this is where most people fall down because their environment does not reinforce the right actions for a long enough time period.

The knowledge of what to do is free, thanks to the Internet.

The harder part is having the emotional stamina to continue on a course of action for a long period of time.

This is where your environment steps in and shapes your behavior, and why it is the #1 determining factor for long-term success.

We’re going to break down your goals into specific, actionable steps. See notes far right

Think about it: are you going to quit if everyone around you is cheering you on?

On the other hand, if you face pushback from everyone in your life, if nobody believes in you, if they are actively against you — or you simply don’t know anybody doing anything remotely similar — how likely are you to stick it out when it gets tough?

We think we are autonomous beings who make choices in the realm of pure logic, but this is not so. We are actually social beings who make decisions as a result of continuously evolving social pressures.

The easiest way I’ve found to accomplish my goals has been to put myself in a social context where I will be rewarded and receive reinforcement for delivering against my commitments.

This is exactly why I created the Fierce Gentleman Master Mind, to create that exact environment for other men.

It’s pretty simple:

  1. We meet once a week for 90 minutes. We do this via Google Hangouts.
A typical Master Mind meeting on Google

A typical Master Mind evening on Google

2. We use a private forum community to stay in touch in between meetings. This helps drive accountability and sharing resources in our private community.

3. We use a private text messaging group to stay engaged on a weekly and daily basis to build each other up, bounce ideas off one another, and generally stay in touch:

When you first are accepted into the Master Mind, you join for a 3-month commitment. This is the minimum engagement we’ve found effective to really change your life.

Beyond that, most men choose to stay for 12 months or more.  The Master Mind has become an essential ingredient in their life success plan. That’s why we continue to offer more groups. We want to help more men up the mountain.

Some of the things men have worked on in the Master Mind…

  1. Relationships with women (dating and in marriage)…
  2. Career aspirations (finding a better job, switching industries, getting raises, starting a business)….
  3. Health challenges & changes (getting back into the gym, getting healthier, getting older gracefully)…

So the next step is on you. You have to decide….

A lot of men will be trying to improve their lives this year.

The truth? Most will fail.

But a select group of men will succeed.

Why? Because instead of trying to do everything alone, they’ll engage the wisdom of a group, face their biggest demons, and choose to be part of a tight-knit community of support and accountability that will not let them fail.

They will succeed because they will be part of a group of like-minded men who can cheer them, challenge them, and support them to be the best version of themselves.

As a result, this year will be one of the best of their lives.

This group may be for you if….

  • You want to become a better man
  • You want to be tempered by other men
  • You want to find and live your passion & purpose
  • You want to benefit from being surrounded by other winners
  • You want to face and overcome your darkest demons and obstacles
  • You want to build your character now so you can have it to fall back on in times of challenge

This group is not for everyone. The men we want involved are:

  1. Committed to success for themselves and others. They are invested in everyone around them, because they know we prosper as a group, from mutual investment.
  2. Able to invest in themselves without financial strain. Our group will help push you to the next level financially, but it does require a meaningful investment in yourself, and we do not accept any Members who currently live paycheck-to-paycheck or who would have to use debt to pay monthly dues.
  3. Seeking improvement from a base of strength. This group is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any disorder, and should not be entered if you are currently without treatment for major mental or physical illness.
  4. Already accomplished in one or more areas of life. If you are still in school or without a significant income we do offer a limited number of scholarship programs each year, but these are applied on a case-by-case basis.

If the above describes you, see below for the results we’ve helped our men get in the last 12 months…

I had an extremely powerful experience with the Master Mind group...I discovered things about myself along the way that shocked me...I found my passion...diving in with everybody helped uncover what I truly want to do with my life, and how to go about doing experience was invaluable.
It was a profound experience for me. I did not expect the depth and level of authenticity from each of the men in the group...One of the better experiences I’ve had in the last couple of years…It’s been amazing.
It's pretty amazing...I was able to set a goal and have weekly accountability in order to make sure I am delivering against my commitments.
I’ve discovered a lot about myself, and about the other great men that are a part of this group. I’ve come to realize that placing a strong conscious emphasis on having a romantic relationship was born out of need and lack—a manifestation of a poverty mentality. The reason I was poor—I had still not yet fully accepted my own greatness, and I was looking outside myself to someone else to distract me from that fact. For me, a relationship has always been the ultimate drug (at least in the beginning stages)—a perfect escape from reality, and a way to temporarily cover over that sense of lack. Now I see the error in my ways...and largely because of the hot seat experience and the profound insights I had as a result. This, in and of itself, has been a monumental shift for me.
What your organization has given me is the answer to the, almost lifelong, question of my adult life. The question was If I am so damn smart, why do I fear failure? I've read so many books on the subject but none of them touched on the psychological aspects of why. Along with the amazing group of Mastermind participants, everyone's contribution helped me break through my own hangups...Before the group, I had little direction and my life was controlled by fear of failure. Today I have the confidence to go after what I want and am starting a business that I have been trying to start for 5 years. My confidence has gone up, my productivity has gone up, and it will always be one of these things I carry with me. If someone asked me if they should join I would say, emphatically yes, it's one of the best things you can do for yourself.

These men are genuinely getting the results they want in life.

Are you?

This is a small, exclusive and intimate real-time group gathering, so we are very deliberate about who we invite to join.

Because of the nature of the group, we only open up to new members a few times per year.

Having said that, we are currently open to a few new members. The process to apply is:

  1. Schedule an interview to talk with Drew, founder of and facilitator of the Master Mind — link below. (NOTE: This requires a refundable $50 deposit to ensure you are serious about the program).
  2. Upon passing the interview, we will invite you to attend a few Master Mind meetings to assess if it is a good fit for you. If not, we will part ways as friends.
  3. Upon full acceptance  by the Master Mind community, you will make a longer-term commitment to be part of the group, to your own growth, and to the growth of your fellow Fierce Gentlemen.

“One thing I would say to men who are considering it…don’t shy away from it if you’re a little anxious or nervous about doing it. Of course it’s gonna be a little bit uncomfortable to step outside your comfort zone, but it’s well worth it, and there there’s no regrets afterwards. You can’t be any worse off — you’ll definitely be in a better position compared to where you started.” – Greg, Master Mind Alum
